Looking for an open position or transfer spot starting fall 2024. Well aware of how this is going to be tough logistically and chances are slim of finding what I am looking for, but also need to weigh my options at this point.
Would be leaving a program on relatively neutral terms as the issues have to do with internal administration and not performance as a resident. I am not being terminated.
My program is having a lot of admin issues that I’m being caught in the middle of and is effecting my education to a degree that I’m growing uncomfortable with.
Any leads or places I could be looking?
