Now..I don't want people to get the wrong impression about this -- I am single, and generally pretty happy..in fact delighted to be single instead of being with the wrong person. But, I am curious -- does anyone know the stats about single vs. married students in med school? My roommate is in vet school (which tends to be more returning students, I think..but..) and she says most of her classmates are married, engaged, or in serious relationships. And are med students too busy to date? 😍

If this is a serious thread then to provide a serious answer...no...in fact I actually know two couples engaged right now and both the guys and girls were in the same classes (MS2s when they started dating)

the first thing i hit when im in med schools is tha other professional schools! lol, i'll be flossin my mini skirts all right! 😍

I am WAY single. I've been climbing the walls this winter trying to escape spinsterhood, simply because it's more fun blazing through the frigid tundra with someone at my side, but to no avail. Oh, my kingdom for a good date!

Looking forward to the new selection of boys and blowing kisses over cadavers.

me three... when I was a frosh the oppertunities seemed endless now that I'm a senior not so much.... looking forward to a new batch to try my wooing ways

Sorry, no hope for you.

I hope there are many cleverly hilarious gals like you at med school.

i've been in a serious relationship for 3 years now.

who knows what'll become of it- my master's degree was tough enough on us.

for a relationship to work, both people have to be happy with themselves and feel fulfilled in their own interests. for me, that's getting those two initials behind my name. i'll probably be single soon into med school, but i'm okay with that. then again, things could hold together and that'd be cool too.

Well, good to know I'm not the only one out there. People seem to be either pairing off or breaking up as of late..and mostly the former. Good luck on seductions over cadavers (hey baby, want to study anatomy at my place tonight?).. although I find microscopes slightly more cozy. I am definitely looking forward to a new crop of boys! 🙂
