Well everybody I would first of all like to say thank you for looking at this and sorry for putting this on your site because there a reason to it and I will explain that ..
First thing first well I’m in Thailand and not feeling so good and a try to speak to a doctor here in Thailand and we have a language problem they don’t understand me and I don’t understand them
Lol okay for two days now I’ve not been feeling myself I feel blotted I have stomach pains also abit of a fever but I can understand why I have a fever because raining season here also sometimes feel like I want to throw up and go for a number 2 also have this rash on my back just only this on one side wired but here a picture and one again so sorry but would like some advice because I don’t really know who I can turn to

That kind of looks like shingles. If it hurts like hell and follows a nerve around your rib cage it just might be.
