Hi All,

I am looking for a Pharmacist position in retail in CT or MA states with no luck so far... It seems like east coast is pretty saturated ...does anyone know recruiters / staffing companies that help in placements? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!

ya that's why i left moved down south... honestly anything from mass down to delware is saturated.

Don't some recruiters garnish some salary if you get recruited through them? Don't think its a good idea if thats the case

Had a call from RPh to Go looking to place someone (usually there are recruiters looking for employees). No idea if they take a cut but they get paid somehow.

If it's anything like how temp agencies work, the company recruiting usually pays a finder's fee to the temp agency in order to make a solid job offer to a temp employee (essentially, they "buy" the employee from the temp agency). They also pay a weekly fee to the temp agency for however long the employee works, if it's a temp job (not a solid job offer).

Theoretically, this isn't coming out of the employee's check, but in reality, they may have earned a higher wage by bargaining on their own or finding the job on their own.

forget bout finding entry level positions in that area

way too saturated

MA and CT will be super saturated unless you go for the boonies. You could try Maine or NH those might still have positions. There are just too many local schools and grads with local ties to get Boston area.
