I take the exam later this week. Already did (only) 3/4 of Q bank and am halfway through NMS. My plan is to finish NMS, do the NBME released questions, then maybe a few Appleton and Lange questions if there is time, watch ER the night before to get psyched for residency, chill late night, drink a big cup o' joe the morning of...and hope for the best!

I'm in the same boat...I'm taking it at the end of this week as well. My plan is to finish Q-bank, read through B&W's once, and do the released items Thursday. I'm gona look through some pharm as well if I have some time. Good luck, we'll be done soon!

I 'm takingmine next week also. Doing Q-bank and took two tests in NMS. Gonna take the NBME test this weekend. Gonna try and finish up the rest of NMS and just review Boards and Wards whenever I have free time.

Does anyone know or feel if Q-bank is more indicative or NMS questions are more like the actual test. I seem to be doing a lot better on NMS. I heard some people say Q-bank is a lot harder and not to worry if you are only scoring mediocre. Anyone else feel the same?

Good luck on the test!

I took Step 2 in Sept and got through NMS (test scores ranging from an 85-55 YIKES!).

With the last couple of days I looked through Rx for the Boards.

The last thing I did was the practice modules on the USMLE website (scored 85-95).

Then sat back and took the test. Called my husband b/c I was SURE I failed . . . Scored in the 240s/99.

You guys will do great!

Best of Luck
B
