Any Meharry updates? Retaking DAT late...

I haven't heard much about Meharry this cycle, anyone has updates? Interviews? Anything to share? Is the class size staying the same? I'm a URM.

I'm also retaking the DAT in late November and had to ask schools to place my application aside until retake to increase my chances. I submitted my application and supplementals in July. I had a major surgery and had to change the DAT retake--some back luck there.

My GPA is not the greatest 3.1 science 3.4 overall. I have done a lot of extracurriculars, volunteering, great essay, but schools say it all depends on my new DAT score to go to review and go from there with an interview....now with the surgery, things have changed and it's super late. Any hope for this cycle? I'm in graduate school now.

Well, my cousin retook her DAT in October a few years back, and still got accepted to 2 schools. I'm not sure if she interviewed pre or post-December. Good luck!

Do you think it's worth it for non urm people to apply? I just noticed on someone elses spread sheet that both the dat and gpa averages are not as high at this school as well as howard.

I was notified on Tuesday that they are waiting on my last LOR's to be sent in. I have 2 in already, my last two are being mailed via aadsas tomorrow. Do you think they are waiting on them before I get an interview invite?

Yes. I am half black and when I fill out race forms I always fill in as a Black because I don't have white/fair skin like my mom--I don't look white....I hope that makes sense! I am also Hispanic, so I fill in that as well.

Meharry received my documents Sep 1. Have not heard anything yet for an interview !!!

AADSAS status says 'Received/Waiting Additional Information' - Don't know what's missing? Called up school couple of times - no good response.
