You are not alone in this. There are many moms out in NYU. You can surely meet some before you start your course. I am going to be a mom soon. I may start this year with less than a month old baby. Surely you are in a better position.

It depends on which area you live in. You can look for nanny services and also enroll your kid in baby sitting places. But you need to book in advance for these places. This might be the right time for you to book a place for you kid. They usually have five month wait period in some places.

Still someone with experience can guide you better in this regard. You just have to approach seniors at NYU.

I am also in the same position. I have a 7 months old baby,i am wondering what to do?if u guys come to know any day care survives, please share it with others.I have a friend who is a senior in nyu, i will talk with him and let u guys know if i come across any information.

I am a mom of two- I have 2 girls, a three year old and another 20 months old. I am joining UMDNJ this summer. There is a university day care center (through KinderCare) just a couple of blocks from the dental school and I have blocked spots for my children. i can also avail of a 30% discount in rate because of being a part of the university. My guess is that something like this should probably be available at NYU too, and may even offer a discounted rate. Do visit NYU's HR website to see if such info is available. Wish u good luck!

Hi,
Does anybody know the course schedule of the NYU AP program(when go to school and when can leave everyday)? I was accepted to NYUCD this year. I have a three month old baby and live two hours away from NYU. I really need this information to decide if I can actually go to school or not. It is not practical for me to move to NYC at this time. Any mom in the same situation?Any information or suggestion will be appreciated.
