Any Navy HPSPer get your Loupes reimbursed?

I see that loupes are on the list of reimbursable supplies, but I need a Dean's Certificate as well to certify that they are required? Loupes aren't required at my school, but...

Anyone get reimbursement for loupes?

The only problem I could see with your situation and getting your loupes reimbursed is if your dean or representative will sign off on the loupes. Since they have to sign off on all of your reimbursements before you forward them to the Navy it could cause a problem.

I had to pay for the loupes first then get a letter from the dean, then the Navy reimbursed me.
