Any NCSU students/house officers?

Hey guys, I'm going to be spending a week at NCSU (November 25-Dec 1, right after Thanksgiving). If anyone is interested in meeting up, let me know. 🙂 I'll be spending time with the neuro department (yay!) but would like to meet folks in the evening if my schedule permits.

If anyone has an extra room and needs some cash, I could also use a place to stay. 🙂 Let me know if you're interested. 🙂

I am an NCSU fourth year. I will be on the Special Species block and/or Cardiology during that time. I'd love to meet up sometime for dinner or other such funtimes. I would offer you a room, but I have a one bedroom apartment and you probably wouldn't want to sleep on my couch (my cats are rather obnoxious). 🙂 Glad you are coming to visit us.

I'm a first year and unfortunately don't have any extra space, but if you contact our student services they'll often send out an email to all the classes... might get you a bite. 🙂

Everyone I've (shortly) met in our neuro service has been really awesome, you should have a great time. 😀

I'm here! Well across the street in the research building. We don't have any extra rooms though we do have some comfy couches. I won't be back in town til the wee hours of the 26th, but should be around that week if you're looking for people to see/stuff to do.

OP: I hope you enjoyed your neuro rotation! I'm going to be there doing a neuro rotation this Jan/Feb with Dr. Munana. Did you find someone to stay with?

NCSU students: I have a backup plan for housing (with the university), but I'd rather stay with fellow students if possible. I can pay up to $100 a week for your couch/bed/air mattress etc. I'll have my car with me as I'm driving down from Michigan State University. Any suggestions? I don't know if there will be NC students on my rotation, but I'd love to get in touch with them before I go. So excited to start clinics!!
