Any New Jersey intern around here?

Hi Guys

I go to Long Island University and I have to apply for my pharmacy intern permit before the end of the month. I already got the application for NY and I need it for my P4 clerkship this coming fall semester.

I live in NJ and I'm planning to work in the summer. I can't find the intern form permit for NJ. I looked everywhere online and can't find it.

If anyone knows where to find it and download it, please, let me know.

I was looking for intern license application for New Jersey too. I was not able to find the "gov" page relating to this application. I think I eventually found it by using different "search" term in google. Also, try look at Pennsylvania application because they are kinda similar; and it seems to me that it is harder to get an intern license in these states because like for Pennsylvania state, I know that you have to stay at least 2 years at pharmacy school; whereas in FL, I could get it right away on my 1st semester.

Update - I called the NJ board of pharmacy and they will mail me the application 🙂

Still no luck... I found another board and they were talking about the same thing... Hopefully, I'll get the form there since I can't find it online.
