Hey rose,
i called a few days before the notices went out and told them it would be great if i could get a decision before i had to make a trip to west virginia. Even if it isn't true, i guess you can still tell them it would benifit you financialy if they could tell you in advance. Good luck and i'm sure you'll get in.
