Any Ob/Gyn MD/MBAs ?

Just curious to see if any of you are MD/MBAs who are entering Ob/Gyn. I assume many of those would have two faces to their interests in medicine and how you've been able to make it work for you.

I have an MD/MBA and I'm going into OB/GYN. Actually, there are two of us in the program that are going into OB. From my experience on the interview trail, the business degree has been a point of interest to ob/gyns and is a real asset. pm me if you have other questions.

I will have my MD/MBA next month and entering Ob/Gyn. It does make for some great conversation during residency interviews too.

I have an MPH...the MPH is in Global Health Leadership...the degree emphasis combines business leadership classes with the usual public health classes. it's pretty cool.

I've heard it said that doing MBA with Medicine is kind of pointless because they are two different fields. This is something that I do plan on doing in the future for many reasons. Could I get some feedback on why some of you guys have chosen to do MBA alongside Ob/Gyn?
