Any of you accepted in Puerto Rico med school?

Im planning on applying to the dual MD/JD program in Recinto de Ciencias Médicas (im already in the law program). If I cant get in, ill do any other PR based one eventually.




My GPA is pretty bad, like 3.34 but I have an interesting background, mostly performing arts and social sciences stuff, and ive been getting 504-506 on my MCAT practice tests which is about the average. Also did research, community service and about a hundred hours of high quality/diverse patient contact hours. I would like to know some stats of people that have been accepted.

I'd recommend contacting the Admissions Office and asking if there are student ambassadors or other students who are willing to speak with prospective students at this PR school. Also, MSAR (aamc.org) has data on PR schools, I believe, as far as admissions statistics. It's a U.S. school, so I think it's tracked just like all of the schools in the States.
