How long does it usually take for a response after an interview? It's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back.

Hey! I submitted my secondary today and I got a confirmation email that says 3 spanish credits are required only for the PR campus. Is this true? I am fluent in Spanish but I did not take any spanish classes in college.
