Do you think they are done calling people for acceptances?
 
Me either, has anyone that was called on Friday gotten an email invitation yet?
 
Has anyone heard from UAB today/ do you know if UAB called everyone they were offering acceptance to on Friday?

I wonder if they'll tell us if we're on the waitlist at the same time as the people who are accepted.

I am on the waitlist too. Does anyone know how many they typically have on the waitlist?

I am waitlisted. I heard that they do tell some they didn’t make the cut and then there’s people on the waitlist.
 
Those that were accepted, did they give y'all a certain amount of time to accept or reject the offer? Just curious, I appreciate y'all answering these questions!!

I think it’s 3 days to accept or decline.
 
I was waitlisted 🙁 better than a rejection but it says that accepted students have until July 1 so basically we could be on the waitlist until then...and I have no idea of the chances of getting in. So basically I just have to sit around and wait which sucks
 
I was also put on the waitlist 🙁 If they require the people who were accepted to respond within 3 days, then I am sure they will be calling some of us within the next week or so.
 
I called and asked how many are on the waitlist but they wouldn’t say due to confidentiality.

They probably have 30-60 max on the waitlist if they only accept 60 students per cohort.
 
I was thinking more of probably 15 max but that’s just my guess
 
Yeah I was thinking more 20-30 on the waitllist.
 
But it does seem like almost all of us on this thread or either accepted or waitlisted so it may be a lot of people waitlisted.

Yeah, we're probably only like 2-3% of those waitlisted.
 
Is anyone else considering South?
 
I am. I am just waiting to see if I am accepted and if I come off the waitlist at UAB.
 
Everyone who is waitlisted, keep hope because everyone I know who was accepted into the UAB OT program or the PT program in the past years were waitlisted at one time. So many people change their mind. I will be praying that all of you end up where you want and were meant to be !!
 
Who of you are already graduated with your bachelors and who is about to?
 
I am already graduated with my bachelors.
