Any one have experience doing an Operational Research ADT?

HPSP website has a list of Operational Research opportunities. Anyone have any experience with these?

I'd be interested in doing one during my summer break but am unsure with how to choose one -- or if this is even a full list of opportunities.

I tried to do research during an ADT. Once I finally got in touch with a real person, got told that they couldn't guarantee anything because of the sequester. Now, that was Army, but it seems like that might be a standard experience.
