Any opinions/info on Chattanooga or Vanderbilt programs?

The title sort of says it all. I haven't been able to find much about either of these ortho residencies. Do any of you have anything to say about them?

Would be interested in feedback as well. I've shadowed in Chattanooga, but can't comment much on the program.
