I'm applying to the UW as an out-of-stater. I just received an interview invite. I'm worried about my chances.😳 Anyone else in this boat? Anyone acceptances as out-of-state resident?

UW typically accepts 10 people from out of state. As for me, I was accepted to VCU and UCLA as an out of state student.

wow you heard about an interview on christmas? they must be real behind

I applied to LSU as an out-of-stater, and got in. My deposit is on its way.

i got into buffalo as an out of stater. when i picked my schools to apply to i tried to include out of state schools that accepted atleast 35 out of staters.

UW does accept out of state people... they interview about 160-180 and they are accepting about 55+8 spots this year (8 for the RIDE program) so I don't know how many people get interviews, but if you have an interview, you already have a 33% chance of getting in. Also, I know they didn't start interviewing as early as some schools, and a lot of my friends have interviews in Jan/Feb so don't worry if your interview is later. And they don't fill the class until really late too 😀

I was accepted to OHSU which is an out of state school and a bunch of privates.

I got accepted to Maryland as a Florida resident.

I got acceptances from Baylor, Uconn, and UAB
