Any Post-Bac to improve GPA options?

So, I am highly interested in Med school; however, I made some bad choices m freshmen and sophomore years (while taking chem and orgo) and ended up with a low gpa (2.5). Now im working at Bio and successfully completed the first half with a semester gpa of 3.65. I know that after graduation my gpa will be low, about a 3.2 if i work hard, does anyone know of any reputable post-bac options that serve for enhancing your GPA? Has anyone started off with a low GPA and successfully gain admissions into a respectable med school?
