It is just a money sink, they are paid for by the large facility fees charged each patient. Unless you get to take over a part of that, you are adding real headaches and costing yourself money.

We are having trouble recruiting and retaining anesthesia techs too. One of the downsides of practicing in an area with a relatively high cost of living.
