Any pre-interview word from Miami or University of Illinois?

I have been complete at these schools for a while now and haven't heard anything from them since I forked over my check for the secondary application! I was wondering if anyone knew if these schools are still interviewing?

Miami sent a rejection email to me last week. You should give them a call in any case.

Sorry if you had not heard...they reject as they go until the end, it means you made the final rounds if it means anything. good luck elsewhere.🙂

I also received my e-mail rejection from the University of Miami about two weeks ago. This was after I had called and was told that my application was on hold for committee decision...so obviously they said, ummm.....no.

The last day to interview is April 14 according to whoever answers the phone.

I am in the same boat for University of Illinois, and I contacted Admissions last week. They informed me that they are actually still interviewing and reviewing applications, and that mine was still in the review stage. I would call them and check the status, but I believe their policy is calls only accepted on Thursdays for medical school questions. Best of Luck! 🙂

If you haven't gotten an invite from Miami at this point, it is safe to say that you will get a rejection soon. All interview spots have been filled at this point. Sorry. 🙁
