Hey guys. It's finals weeks and you have a ton of stuff to study. You've organized your notes you have the material in front of you; you know what to study but your brain is fried. Like literally it's overheated and the final step is just memorizing it all but you can't because you feel like you have a fever and your brain is starting to hurt a bit from hours of studying. Any tips on how to relieve the stress? I tried watching some youtube funny clips in between studying and music but it's not helping. What do you guys do to relive an overworked brain? Any remedies will be appreciated.

Exercise!!! Go for a run or a swim, take a walk outside. Taking movie/TV breaks also help. I would refrain from eating junk food though because the sugar can make you feel more stressed and can even make you depressed and hinder your studying further.

Do squats and pushups until lactic acid kicks in, then sit back and enjoy a nice Dr. Pepper.

Ice bath.
jk. I was having a particularly tough finals week one term and decided to bike around campus at night. Biked around the entirety of campus for about an hour so I got some good exercise, fresh air, and saw some parts of campus I never/rarely get a chance to see.
