I am aware of no scholarships with this inclusion criteria.
I asked my friend Mx. Google about autism scholarships and found this resource.

Mx. Google also had more suggestions but it was more for parents with children on the spectrum. I suggest a search for what you are looking for.
If you are still in school, ask your financial aid person to help. The amounts I see are around $1000.
