Any significant differences b/w 2nd and 3rd ed. BRS phys?

The format is probably the biggest difference. 2nd ed is bullet points; 3rd is prose in paragraph form. I prefer bullet points and used 2nd ed to study for boards, and I did just fine... go with the format that suits your learning style best.

edit: just realized you said phys, not path. the above applies to path (and maybe to phys too?)
 
I agree, there isn't much difference at all. I used 2nd edition to study because I didn't want to shell out more $ for the newer one. My gf has the 3rd edition and it matches up pretty much the same based on info alone. I wouldn't go out and buy the 3rd edition if you already have the 2nd.
 
There are alot of updated books coming out this year. HY embryo, Hy anatomy and Rapid Review path to name a few.
