I am planning on applying to get licenses in more states, is there any of them do not require to pass a law exam in order to get licensed? or all of them do, no exception?

Idaho just requires you to sign a notarized affidavit that you have read and understand their laws. Every other state requires MPJE.

Idaho is also very weird because they require to you to give them the NABP of your work location. If you don't have one, they won't issue you a permit.
