Hi, I’m considering the RMED program at UIC Rockford. I see that ~80% of students match into primary care residencies. I get that should be expected for this kind of program, however how supportive are they of non-primary care specialties?
I’m not decided on a specialty and have no problem with primary care… it just concerns me a little if I find that I’m interested in a non-primary care specialty down the road. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
