Hi,
I'm a med student at Oxford at the moment and am intensely curious to hear from people who are practicing in the US (residency/fellowship) after training in England. Is this a vanishingly rare thing to do? Do people find the transition difficult? What reasons did you have for making the move? Do you know of any colleagues who have made the switch?

Just interested to share experiences.
