Are there any websites that are equivalent to JADA (Journal of American Dental Association) that is free? I am looking to prepare myself my for when interviews come around and hope to understand concepts such as Access to care and healthcare reform in the field of dentistry. Please let me know!

Well, if you did your undergrad at UT, you have access through JADA via the Utexas library for free.
just add ezproxy.lib.utexas.edu to the web site name. for instance, JADA is jada.org.ezproxy.lib.utexas.edu You should have access.
