I withdrew my whole quarter during my undergrad once. it does not show on my record nor on my transcript

then i do not need to mention any of that right?

also, Were you ever the recipient of any action(e.g., a grade lowering penalty, failing grade)...

this part, if i have No pass in one of my classes, should i still mention that?
