MedicineBird, I attend the U for undergrad, and actually interviewed there back during the first week of september. Did you go there for undergrad? I would love to talk to you more about the school, if you have time. I know how busy you must be during the first yr.MedicineBird said:

I don't know if it's that many but, yes, they do offer a group of folks a seat in late December / early January. They have a meeting around Christmas. From what I can tell based on my class, most of us who got the December acceptance letters were from out of state. It may just be a coincidence though. I really think the majority of acceptances go out in the Spring like they say but by having this earlier meeting they break down some of the work. It seems unrealistic to expect a committee to sit down and pick 102 students all at once in 1 big meeting.

According to the official "Wall of Fame" thread (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=230998), three SDN-ers have received acceptances at Utah already.

first off MedBird is a fantastic class pres! how do i know? i am one of her loyal lemmings in the first year.
anyway, good to hear a few people have heard. we in my house are waiting on pins and needles for my domestic partner (can you say that in utah?) to hear. can anyone tell me (PM is fine) when they interviewed vs when they heard?
