Suppose another thread opens where someone is putting together something for which he/she will need several writers with a fairly broad range of interests. How is your project different? the same? more appealing? less appealing? (and; of course, suppose you know nothing about the other project other than a vague sentence)

I think things out very thoroughly. OP starts a braindead thread, then edits his post to make it nothing like the original post, then I am the one who looks like an idiot; 🙄 However, I have quit being pwned by this uncounterable tactic and now I always take precautionary screenshots For The Win!

sorry, I'm kind of confused too. I made a request to talk to a few writers a couple weeks ago, and it was filled so I took down the post. Not sure why ABC bumped it, but there you have it.
