So I am starting to get a litle dissapointed.
AADSAS mailed out my app Aug 17. Took the DAT Aug 28th, DAT Mailed out Sept 12th. Pretty much all the schools have my DAT score now.
cum gpa: 3.51
Sci: 3.56
BCP: 3.86
DAT: 19/19/15

I was really hoping to at least get one interview at this point. I think I have excellent letters of rec, but not much ECs because I am working part-time and going to school. I wrote a pretty good personal esay I think, that shows my passion for dentistry and everything.
Any1 know why Im not getting anything? I applied pretty much in the northeast, and NOVA. I applied to the schools that are known to have good clinics.
I have also been taking on science class a semester (after 4 years that I got my degree) but like I said Im also working at the same time. Any1 have a clue why I am not hearing from any school?

Youre DAT scores arent really all that spectacular and schools like Nova have been booked for months. With that DAT score they probably wont give it another passing glance. Youll probably get something after Dec 1.

I feel you man. My RC score of 15 seems to be hurting me all over the place. Seems like no schools cares that I got a 23 TS. Oh well, all we can do is wait and wait.

I got nothing myself. Took the DAT on 9/11 ( 21/20/15), ADDSAS mailed out in August, and I finished most of my secondaries about 3 weeks ago. I applied to Temple, Howard, Meharry and Newjersey ( I am not expecting this one)

I sent my application the first week of June and took the DAT on Aug 25... haven't gotten any letters. Just wait it out.

Nova seems to have more of an emphasis on GPA much like Upenn and care little for the PAT. i spoke to Su-ann and she told me that i probably won't get an interview bc my gpa was on the low side. to the OP, if you applied to Nova, i still think you have a decent shot.

All I've been getting is notices to make sure my scores, letters, & fees are in, which pretty much all went out & should've reached the schools by now!

u can also include me in the list. My application is submitted to AADSAS only, but not gone to dental schools yet....so don't worry,,,, there r people way beyond u...goodluck

Mannnn no interviews either!! 1 Rejection from Case. I know it's still early but this is saddening
Maybe it's because of my 15 in math. =(

I did apply to Nova and still did not hear anything from them. Other then the secondary, and confirmation that they recieved my signed letter and everything is complete. This happened like last month and still not a word and it seems like the interviews are up to feb. for them already, so I dunno.

But wow so many people without interviews, whats going on ?

did you guys already have your files completed? I had my school's letter committe service send out my LORs about 2-3 weeks ago to aadsas. Worst part is, aadsas still hasn't recieved it yet.

Yup, I'm complete.Everything has been in for about 3 weeks now.
