Group interviews are nothing to be scared of. The two places that I went to interview both had group interviews, but of very different nature. At Temple, it was 7 of us with 2 students and 2 faculty members. They asked each of us one question (different for each person) that was "behavioral based" such as what do you do when you're stressed, when did you have to make an unpopular decision etc... then the second question was just why PT. At Emory, it was 3 of us with 3 faculty members, and there were 6-7 questions and each of us had the chance to answer first, second, third for each question. The questions were like why PT, why Emory, etc...
I think most people get nervous about group interviews bc they are scared about other pple saying something similar to your answer before you. It's ok to have a similar answer to another person in your interview, but be sure to also add something of your own that makes the answer different from everyone else's. Honestly, group interviews aren't that bad. And when other people are answering, you can use that time to think about what your answer should be (which I found very helpful for some of the questions I was asked at emory).
Anyway, if you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Best of luck at your interview
