I'm trying to prepare microcapsules via complex coacervation method with gelatin-acacia. The result was not good though. It seemed that the material core (oil) was not encapsulated. Anybody knows more about this topic plz help me with the documents or plz contact with me. We'll talk more about this.Thx alot!😕
