Just checking.........🙂 I submitted my supplemental on October 2, 2007. I received a letter 12 days later regarding 2 missing pre-requisites. After that I haven't heard from them........slightly worried.😕

It's normal. I interviewed earlier this month and I received that letter about 2-3 days before they called for an interview.

it's normal. if your stats are decent, then they'll definitely call you since it's still early in the application process.

I just had interview with Nova in 23 Oct. Today, they have a first meeting to select who is gonna be in pharmacy for next year. If you do not have an interview now, you will be on the second group that they will call after the meeting today. Do not worry, there are still many seats for you. Since you miss only 2 classes, you will have more chances to have an interview with them.

I was a little worried. My stats are decent: overall gpa: 3.92, science & maths: 4.0, non-science: 3.71. PCAT : composite: 91 ( but a very poor reading score 30's😳).

Thank you! I was wondering when you would post about your interview because I remember you said you were schedule for one. My question is when exactly is the second group interview? I have been complete since earlier this week. Also, I only wrote one short paragraph for my preparedness for pharmacy on their supplementals. They did not specify length and the instructions were to be brief.

I expect to have 90th + %tile in both verbal and biology when the pcat results come out. I don't think I did too well in chemistry and math. Assuming I do 60 + %tile on the reading, how bad do you think my chem and math scores should be so that bio and verbal offset them? Wow, this may be a PCAT math question of its own! Anyways, I say this because you had 30's for reading and still had 91 PCAT... know what I'm saying?

I scored 90+ on the chem, bio and math sections and a 79 on the verbal section of the August PCAT. I honestly don't know what your chem & math section scores should be ......I hope you would get good scores on the PCAT.

I think I'll have to wait patiently😴 for their call. I've applied to 3 schools only.....Anyhow thanks for the encouragement.🙂

I received a letter today about missing classes! I'm sure clearly, Nova should see that we are taking these courses by looking at our pharmcas transcripts and planned courses this fall. My hands were trembling a bit as I opened the envelope. Anyone who was accepted, did you receive a thick envelope or a small and thin one post the interview?

after the interview, if you're accepted, nova will mail you a certified mail (thick envelope). if you're rejected, then you will get a regular, thin envelope that's not certified.
