Has anyone out there used Critical Decisions in EM (from the ACEP bookstore) in the past that can chime in on the long term benefit of a subscription and it's content? I looked over the sample and it seems pretty good but just wondering if those that have had it in the past (or have it now) think it's worth the $ since it's not 1uite a cheap purchase. Also wondering, since it costs even more to order back issues, if anyone has suggestions which prior issues are the best and "must haves". Since they run about $45 a pop I'd rather not buy all of them, lol, but targeting a few must haves might be a good idea too.
