Anymore interviews?

I am a reapplicant who has been super fortunate to have multiple interviews and two acceptances. However, all my interviews were from new schools I applied to this cycle.

My question is should I still be waiting to hear from other schools I reapplied to or just take the acceptances I have?

Both. Take the acceptances you have but remain open to interviews from other schools if you're fortunate enough to get them.

Don't take the acceptance until you have to and remain open to other schools. I received the interview to the medical school I currently attend in January.
