Um, I agree. I have spent way to much time on the phone with insurance companies lately. The DURs...grrr. Do you work for a chain?

Freaking A. DURs are the worst thing ever. The most random one I got was something about how the medication's active ingredient came from the feces of a mouse.....I didn't know that they could be so detailed...or weird.😕
