12 oz curls: Friday & Saturday, as many reps as I can handle
1 oz curls: Friday & Saturday, 1 rep per set, 4 sets usually
Starting July 1st, my workout routines are:
Legs: standing upright in hospitals, clinics, and/or in ORs for 10 hours straight, walk all over the place to locate radiographs and other scut work
Arms: gripping forceps and/or holding sticks in OR for 10 hours straight
Chest: pushing pt beds from ORs to PACU and/or from various locations in the hospital to the OMFS outpatient clinic
Abs: getting up from the bed during call nights, minimum 3 reps per night

I saw an architectual blueprint of the gym before I left NSU Dental, it was beautiful! Brand spanking new! You'll have plenty of time to workout during dental school. No worries. Best time is usually right after school in the afternoon (5 PMish) or student have gone early in the morning before classes (6 AMish). You'll love NSU Dental!
I workout most nights on the couch doing the 12oz. curl. I'm working my way up to 40oz.
Your lats need more width and lacks lower development, your upper body is out of balance due to your chest being more developed than your shoulders and arms, and your biceps should not be bigger than your triceps.
If you're going to do a double bi back pose, work on your lower lats (bent over underhand rows, sitting cable rows, or any type of row for that matter) before doing so. You lack the 'christmas tree' effect in the lower lat area. Extremely gay thread, but I admire the testicular fortitude to post up pics of yourself. Also, before you take pics, I would suggest lifting all your body parts to get a nice pump so your muscles look bigger. Lift hard. 👍 👍

Can I recommend the custom sleeveless scrubs like Dr. Rey wears on Dr. 90210? Those would really accentuate your strappling, ripped arms. They could transform any ordinary dental student into a super hero.

The kid above me really doesn't do that workout. He sits in class and searches for different workout routines online, but he never actually DOES any of them. You won't have ANY time to workout in dental school. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying. ESPECIALLY the kid above me.
