I've experimented with a lot of stuff and found that whats best for me is going early morning before class. I usually lift weights about 4 times per week (3 days upper body, 1 day lower body -- don't want to get pencil legs 😀 ) for about 45 minutes and do cardiovascular exercise 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. Sometimes, such as exam week, it just gets too crazy to keep it up but anyway i'm more a less a regular at the gym. 🙂
My main goal this semester is to gain more mass and get somewhat leaner but the latter isn't my "prime" focus as of right now. Anyway thats me below.

Man, I'm so jealous! Portions of my 4 years of tuition went towards this state-of-the-art facility and I didn't even get to see it, needless to say even using it. This new rec center is amazing!
