Anyone else's UWorld account disappear?

I was logging in fine until today.
It says my account doesn't exist....wth??!?

edit: I emailed them...and they said my account doesn't exist and has never existed
I use UWorld every week. I did questions yesterday.
Is this real life? Maybe I got transported to an alternate universe where my other self didn't make a UWorld account ='(

The emailed you a receipt when you purchased UWorld. I would email that to customer service.
