Anyone ever forget to sign a form?

Ooops! must have forgotten to sign a form in my haste to send out the secondary... 🙁
I just got an email telling me that they were sending it back to me!
I'm actually thinking it's kinda funny... Anyone think it'll look really bad?

yep. i forgot to sign one. but i remembered hours after i mailed it out, so i called the school and they had me sign another copy of the last sheet and fax it in. i was real worried at the time that they would care, but it turns out it was over nothing. don't worry about it...as long as there's no deadline, it won't make a difference

LOL, I haven't forgotten that, but I have filled out SO many freakin secondaries that on additional pages for the Columbia secondary I included my AAMC # instead of my SS.

Too bad Columbia doesn't use AMCAS. Woops.

I didn't forget to sign a form, but I forgot to enclose the $95 check and my passport photo with my Einstein secondary. 😱

forgot to sign dartmouth's and they sent me back a signed personalized letter asking for the signature. i'm kinda surprised that they gave so much personal attention to it. maybe it's a good sign!

Sorry Columbia doesn't have a "secondary" per se, I was just referring to non-AMCAS online app, since its similar to other secondaries.
