Are there any good resources/websites that have a variety of samples of personal statements? I don't think I have looked at enough to get a feel for how they typically read. Also, do people write two different PS if applying to two different specialties?

yes, you should write two different PS for different specialites.

i think it might be ok if you are applying to IM and FM maybe you could get away with one, but for peds and IM i'd do 2 different ones for sure
