Just wondered if anyone used their CV or Business Cards on interview day, or if it's a good idea to atleast give them your business card to remember you by. Any opinions on the matter? Professional or over the top? Thanks

IT's essentially a job interview, so a business card would be over the top.

It's probably a good idea to have a copy or two of your CV with you, in case they ASK. Don't offer it (looks pushy). They may have lost it or the interviewer left it elsewhere.

I think with an application filled out thoroughly it is not needed. I integrated my work experience into the application and secondaries. I would refrain from giving an interviewer a business card, but that's me. True you are selling a product, but could be perceived as pushy. I could be wrong.

I never gave out my business card or CV because I don't think it's appropriate. Complete your AMCAS and secondaries as thoroughly as possible and clarify any questions at your interview and the school will have as much info on you as it needs to make a decision. After your interview, send a thank you note to refresh their memories.
