ummm i take it no one is going? or don't want to offer an answer? not worth spending money and time to attend conferences? better off studying and doing well on exams?

50/50 if I'm going this year. I'm certainly going next year (plan on presenting some research by then) and hopefully every year afterwards. I have heard you can't imagine the size and splendor of RSNA until you go.

Anyone else thinking of going or has gone in the past and can provide some suggestions? The number of courses offered is just amazing in of itself.

There are many big names teaching the courses (Yousem teaching head/neck for example).

Do these individuals receive any sort of compensation? The fee for attending is quite high so I hope a lot of it is going to the rads teaching the courses.
