I got an email from Kathleen Craig today. Anybody got an interview?

I have not sent my secondaries yet, and it says that at least there should be a week time between when I submit and my interview.

Also, I got my email for uw secondary 13 days ago and they said not to send it in any later than 2 weeks from the day I received it. They said it would be ok to submit whenever as long as it was a week before your interview?

So, what are your stats anyway? I didn't think anyone could get around the secondaries... I mean, what's the point of still writing it if they've already invited you in for an interview?

My stats are not that bad!
my AA is 23 and TS is 24, PAT is 22.
my scGPA is around 3.8. I have a Msc. in Mathematics. I completely fit in their definition of diversity 😎 and I am a trilingual 🙄
They might have sent the email by mistake but anyway I got an invitation for the interview and I am gonna call tomorrow to set the interview date.
BTW, they said there should be at least one week between the interview day and the date you submit the secondaries. So I assume they need the secondaries probably to make the interview questions.
I really hope I get in.

I set the interview for Sept 27th 🙂
the first available was Sept 20th but I thought I might need some time to prepare.
I thought UW starts interview around the end of Oct!

I thought I read somewhere that UW sends secondarys to those they are interested in, is that true? If one is OSS but in WICHE and gets a sec. does that mean more then likely one will get an interview?

@DAT24, they sent secondaries to all in state applicants (I was told this by Kathy). For OOS I'm not sure.

Btw, I got an interview invite today by email!! It was my first invite too.
So guys, start keeping you eyes out for invites incoming.

@Marmar: I'm super stoked for the interview! I actually haven't called in to set it yet. I plan on doing that tmr, probably 9/27 since I need time to prep and get a suit lol

@Chomper: I'm actually not sure if they have even received my secondary or cashed my check to be honest.

Yeah I recieved an invite the same day, Sept. 3. I sent my secondary the friday before, so I don't know if there was just a really quick turn around or if they invited without having recieved it. I set my interview for Sept. 20.
