I just wanted to know if anyone out there has gotten a call to interview at NOVA, but their MCAT score is below a 24?

It has been done before of course, but it also depends on your GPA and ECs. DO schools tend to look at the whole applicant rather than just numbers, but of course the numbers count. Good Luck!
you never know, just hang in there people are getting interview calls now so dont loose hope. Hopefully youll get that call. Good Luck!I don't know if they do look at the whole applicant, because my GPA is great, I have EC's up the wazoo, tons over 150 hours of clinical experience and they still haven't called me. I called them today and they said my application has been reviewed, but still nothing. So it looks as though NOVA will pass on me.
I have an Mcat of 23, 3.37, and I my secondary in middle october. Still haven't heard anything. I haven't heard from NYCOM or CCOM either.
That sucks, I have a 3.8 and a 22, I am starting to feel as though it is a lottery to a certain extent.
I got into NSU with less than a 24, of course when the August scores came out mine shot up drastically. But I have to agree that it could be just a lottery of who gets picked. I'm local to NSU, so that could have something to do with it. And I had a letter from a professor there. Good luck!
