Hate to be a mooch. But I canont find a good list for Chapman points and Autonomic Reflexes and all that stuff. Does anyone have a document or a website or a list they can share with meeee?

Do you know anyone using Boards Boot Camp? You could borrow the OMM book from them. There is a thorough listing. The handbook of OMT review, not Savarese.
 
Someone e-mailed this to me last year:

ICS = Intercostal Space
ITS = Intertransverse Space
TP = Transverse Process

Sinuses: Below proximal 1/3 clavicle.
Ears: Above proximal 1/3 clavicle.
Pharynx: Below 1st rib/manubrium junction.

Pylorus: Sternum.
Stomach Acid: Left 5th ICS at costal cartilage & Left T5-T6 ITS.
Liver: Right 5th ICS at costal cartilage & Right T5-T6 ITS.
Stomach Peristalsis: Left 6th ICS at costal cartilage & Left T6-T7 ITS.
Liver, Gallbladder: Right 6th ICS at costal cartilage & Right T6-T7 ITS.
Spleen: Left 7th ICS at costal cartilage & Left T7-T8 ITS.
Pancreas: Right 7th ICS at costal cartilage & Right T7-T8 ITS.
Small Intestines: 7-9th ICS of ribs bilateral.
Intestinal Peristalsis: between iliac crest and greater trochanter.

Bronchus/Esophagus/Thyroid: 2nd ICS at sternal border & Over T2 TP.
Heart: 2nd ICS at sternal border & T2-T3 ITS.
Upper Lung: 3rd ICS at sternal border & T3-T4 ITS.
Lower Lung: 4th ICS at sternal border & T4-T5 ITS.

Adrenals: 1'' lateral and 2'' superior to umbilicus & T11-T12 ITS.
Kidneys: 1'' lateral and 1'' superior to umbilicus & T12-L1 ITS.

Appendix: Tip right 12th rib & T11 TP.
Colon: Iliotibial band is mirror image of colon layout. Cecum at right hip, transverse 1/3 colon at right knee, transverse 2/3 colon at left knee, sigmoid at left hip.

Bladder: Triangle around umbilicus & Upper edge of L2 TP.
Prostate, Broad Ligament: Iliotibial band posterior margin & Between PSIS and L5 spinous process.
Urethra: Pubic ramus superior margin, 2cm lateral to symphysis pubis.
