I took 2 classes down in San Ignacio, Belize. The forensic program for these 2 classes at the University in Belize is sponsored through the University of Indianapolis.

So for students of the UofIndy these credits are directly transferred to their college since they fund this forensic program. I have a transcript through the UofIndy with these credits, but I could also have a transcript from the University in Belize.

I guess what I'm saying is i'm not sure if this deals with the study abroad, overseas U.S. Instiution, or the International Transcript subject.

I'm pretty certain that if it's on your Indy transcript, you just indicate you took it there. Often times I've heard it can be difficult to use transcripts from international schools with AADSAS.
