Does anyone have any recommendations for any online, self-paced/independent study, cheap, upper level (biology related/medical school related), and undergraduate level courses? I know that this is not what you want to hear, but you will have to shell out some money in order to take credible courses. Go to a brick-and-mortar institution, preferably one that's fairly close by so that the commute won't be an issue. Move if you have to (if this is something that you're serious about). Make the grades.

Haven’t you asked this same thing a few times? If you are trying to fix your sGPA do what @jhmmd said and go to a brick and mortar school and take in person courses.

It’s not cheap, but many employers have a tuition reimbursement program.

I believe UC Berkeley Extension has online self-paced, as well as Doane. I did some at UCSD Extension, but those have deadlines.
